Materials:

  1. Timer/Stopwatch       

Challenge One: Plank

Put 60 seconds on the clock and see if you can hold a plank for 60 seconds!

Challenge Two:  Mountain Climbers

Put 60 seconds on the clock, go into plank position and then bring one foot up to your waist like you’re running, repeat this on the other side. Do this until the timer runs out, who do you think can complete the most in 60 seconds?

Challenge Three:  Side Plank

Put 60 seconds on the clock and see who can hold the longest side plank!

Challenge Four: Tree Pose  

Put 60 seconds on the clock and go into Tree Pose, try it on each side! Do you think you’ll be able to hold the yoga pose for the whole 60 seconds?

Challenge Five: Touch your Toes

Put 60 seconds on the clock and see if you can touch your toes! The challenge is who can get all the way to their toes or the closest in 60 seconds!

Challenge Six: Jumping Jacks or Star Jumps

Put 60 seconds on the clock and see who can do the most jumping jacks!
