In this activity, you will learn how to make delicious funfetti cookies with cake mix!
| Materials Oven Medium bowl Spatula or mixing spoon Measuring Cups Parchment paper Baking Sheet Cooling Rack or large plate | Ingredients 1 box of funfetti cake mix Rainbow Sprinkles ⅓ cup of vegetable oil 2 eggs |
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Put your cake mix into your mixing bowl & add ⅓ cup of oil to the mixing bowl.
- Add your eggs and mix in
- Add more sprinkles to the batter if you would like
- Using a spoon create ping pong ball sized scoops of cookie batter onto your baking sheet.
- If you want to add more sprinkles, add them to the cookie scoops before you put them in the oven
- Add the cookies to a preheated oven to bake for 13 to 15 minutes. Your cookies should be golden brown underneath and slightly soft on top when they are done.
- Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for 2-3 minutes.
- Once cookies have cooled on the baking sheet, place them on a cooling rack to cool completely. Once completely cooled, enjoy your cookies
