Ingredients:
- 7 cups of water
- 1 cup of long grain white rice
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 1 12 oz can of evaporated milk
- 1 14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup of milk
- Cinnamon
- Optionally raisins
- Large saucepan
- Strainer
- cups or bowls
Steps:
1. Add 7 cups of water to large saucepan
2. Add 1 cup of rice
3. Add 2 cinnamon sticks
4. Cook on medium high heat. Bring to a boil and let cook for 16-18 minutes
5. Use your strainer to drain the water and rice
6. Remove the cinnamon sticks
7. Put the rice back in the pan
8. Add in your milks. Add 1 12 oz can of evaporated milk
9. Add 1 14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk
10. Add 1 cup of milk
11. Let come to a boil
12. Once boiling, reduce heat to low and cook for 20 minutes. Stir constantly. You can also optionally add raisins after cooking
13. Pour into cups or bowls
14. Optionally add cinnamon on top and enjoy!
