This is just one of many recipes you can create for overnight oats, be creative with what you add!

Materials:

  • ¾ cup of rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon of maple syrup
  • ¼ teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • ½ cup of diced or sliced bananas
  • ½ cup of diced strawberries
  • ¾ cup of milk
  • Mason jar or container with lid

Steps:

1. With your parents’ permission and supervision dice your strawberries. I used about four strawberries and kept on as halves to add on top which is optional. Don’t forget to rinse your fruit before cutting

2. With your parents’ permission and supervision, dice or slice your banana. I used about half of a banana

3. Take out your container and make sure it is clean. Start by adding ¾ cup of oats

4. Next add 1 tablespoon of maple syrup
