1 mixing bowl 
Measuring spoons 
2 spoons 
Microwave  and oven safe dish 
Non stick cooking spray 
Microwave oven (optional if you do not want to microwave)
half a container of  Greek yogurt 
2 tablespoons of  cocoa powder 
2 teaspoons  of sweetener or sugar 
1 teaspoons of baking soda 
1 scoop of a chocolate protein powder of your choice
1 ounce of water mini  dark chocolate chips

Step One 

Have your mixing bowl prepared. Put  half a container of greek yogurt and 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder

Step Two

 Add your teaspoons of sugar and baking soda.

Step Three 

Add a scoop of  protein powder of your choice and add an ounce of water.

Step Four 

 Add half a cup of mini chocolate chips. Then mix with a spoon until smooth.

Step Five

Get your microwave safe bowl and add nonstick cooking spray put the mixture inside the bowl and microwave for 40 – 45 seconds 

Step Six 

 Take your bowl out.  It should look a bit fluffy, and liquidy. Give it a quick mix and put it back to the microwave for additional 20-30 seconds.

*Since my microwave takes a while to heat up things, I put mine back in for 50 seconds. Microwaves may vary!
