Create a fun garland to decorate your house or your Christmas tree.
Materials:
- Wooden beads
- Twine
- Yarn
- Wreath decorations or other decorations of your choice
- Cardboard
- Scissors
Step 1: Take your yarn and begin wrapping it around a small piece of rectangular cardboard.
Step 2: Continue to wrap the yarn around the cardboard until it is about ½ inch thick. Cut the yarn and slowly remove it from the yarn but keep it in the shape it was when it was wrapped around the cardboard
Step 3: Cut and then place a piece of yarn around the yarn you took off from the cardboard. Then tie the yarn in the middle with the piece. Make sure that the yarn is tied tightly.
Step 4: Cut the loops that have now been created on either side. Once all of the loops have been cut, fluff the yarn puff out. Make 8 in each color of yarn (or more if you need to)
Step 5: Cut a length of twine, thread a needle with twine and make a knot at one end of the twine that you have cut.
Step 6: Begin the creation of your garland. Thread the wooden beads, puffs and decorations in a pattern that you want. Continue the pattern until your garland is complete the length that you want.
Step 7: Congratulations you have finished your garland! Hang it up as decoration or put it on your tree
