Create a festive decoration for your door from tree clippings!
Materials:
- Tree clippings
- Wire such as for making jewelry
- Scissors
- Decorations such as bows, pine cones, flowers, etc
Steps:
1. Form your wire into a circle shape. Wrap it a few times to make it more sturdy
2. Cut pieces of your wire to wrap around your circle. These will hold your branches so make sure they are long enough to wrap around
3. To wrap your wire pieces, put your wire under your circle. Pull the edges up and wrap them around a few times to hold to the circle.
4. Add a few wires around your circle
5. Add your branches to your circle. You can bend them slightly to fit the circle
6. Keep adding branches
7. Fill your circle and tuck the bottom of the branches under
8. Find the wires under the branches and twist them around the branches. To hold them to your circle
9. Twist the rest of your wires
10. Optionally decorate your wreath. I added a bow, pine cones, and flowers
