Step 1: We need to make a square so you need to fold the paper into a right-angled triangle. Then trim off the excess.
Step 2: Fold the triangle in half. Make sure the corners meet.
Step 3: Turn the triangle upside down, with the pointed end facing you. Fold paper triangle in thirds. Overlap the left hand pointed corner over the end of the triangle.
Step 4: Turn the paper over. Overlap the right pointed corner over the triangle. Make sure the sides match up. A solid triangle with flaps should be left at the end.
Step 5: Trim off the flaps at the very top so you can make a solid triangle.
Step 6: Cut your triangle with variations of cutouts. Once done, carefully unfold.
