Materials:
- Orange tissue paper
- Pipe cleaner
- Scissors
- Ruler
Step 1: Cut six 4 x 9 inch rectangles of tissue paper.
Step 2: Fold all six of your pieces of tissue paper together, accordion style.
Step 3: Secure it in the center with a pipe cleaner.
Step 4: Fan out and unfold, carefully, a single sheet of paper, at a time, from each side. Continue to do so until everyone is fanned out.
Step 5: You can keep the pipe cleaner as the “stem” or cut the excess of. You’re done!
