You’ll Need:

- Step 1: Let’s start with the basic shapes for the head and body. They’re almost equal in height, and the body is actually thinner.
- Step 2: Next, add the shapes for the ears, arms and legs. Don’t forget the midlines for the head.
- Step 3: Now it’s time for the details. Start with the features of the face. Make sure the eyes are close to the nose. I drew them too far apart and had to correct them. You can add the lines to separate the fingers and toes as well.
- Step 4: Add the tail.
- Step 5: Clean up all your line work, and add shading if you wish. Ta-da! You’re all done. This can be just the start. Add color, a background, supporting characters, anything you wish!
