Create a fun mixture & simple mixture of cornstarch, shaving foam and a small amount of glue for a fun alternative to slime. Show us your moon sand in the comments below.
Materials:
- Corn Starch
- Shaving foam
- Container
- Optional: Glue, measuring cups, spoon, food coloring
Step 1:
Take a container and measure out the same amount of cornstarch to shaking foam. I used 1 cup of cornstarch to 1 cup of shaving foam. Add in food coloring here if you’d like.
Step 2:
Stir your ingredients well. I found if you wanted a softer texture you should add a bit of glue.
Step 3: Begin kneading the mixture to make sure everything is evenly mixed together.
You’re done.
It should be soft and crumbly like sand. You should also be able to shape it well. If you find the mixture won’t take shape very well, you can add a bit of shaving foam. If the mixture is too watery, add cornstarch.
