Create your own unique Valentine’s Day Card for your friends or family
Materials:
- Colored paper
- Scissors
- Glue
- Pen or Pencil
Step 1: fold one of the colored papers horizontally across the middle, having both ends meet.
Step 2: Fold the paper from the previous step in half.
Step 3: Cut a half circle at the top part where the ends meet, when you unfold it it should take the shape of a heart. This is the body of the ladybug
Step 4: Now, take your other sheet of paper, cut it into a circular shape. This is the head of the ladybug.
Step 5: From that same piece of paper where you cut your circular shape, you are going to cut two strips about the length of your fingers. These are the antenna
Step 6: Now we are going to cut about 4-6 small hearts from the same piece of paper where we cut our antennas from.
Step 7: Assemble your ladybug. Glue the circle on the back of the heart we cut out in step 3. The flaps should face you and be able to open up.
Step 8: Now, glue the antennas on the ladybug’s head. Glue two small hearts at the end of the antennas.
Step 9: glue the remaining hearts on the ladybug’s wings.
Step 10: write a letter to someone.
