Learn how to make an origami bird!
Materials:
Origami Paper
Step 1: Gather your supplies.
Step 2: Rotate your origami paper and fold the top point of the paper down to meet the bottom point
Step 3: Once you have completed the previous step, you must fold the top edge down half way.
Step 4: Next, flip the paper over and fold one layer of the front flap up. The fold must go along the middle of the layer of paper behind it.
Step 5: Next, fold the left section over to the right. You want to make sure you are folding right down the middle.
Step 6: Fold the left section back, leaving a gap. The triangular sections in the middle should be roughly about the same size.
Step 7: Flip the paper over to the other side.
Step 8: Now, fold the left section (the wing) over to align with the right side.
Step 9: Next, we are going to create the beak of the bird. Create the beak by folding the tip over to the left.
Step 10: Once you have created the crease for the beak, you are going to open the beak crease and reverse fold it inside
Your finished product should look like this:
